Request to Add Church Organization
ACON:
ACON stands for "Add Church Organization Name". If you are to use this system for the first time, then first thing to do is add your church organization name into the system. To do this, from the main page, you will click on "Request to Add Church Organization Name" link button option. This will open up a page for you to type in or select a name for your church organization if it exist on the selection option. Note that at this point, you are acting as a "REQUESTOR" for your church organization.
REQUESTOR:
What is a "REQUESTOR" or who is a "REQUESTOR"? This is a very important question and one that the answer need to be understood well before assuming the responsibility of being a requestor. A requestor is an individual that take it upon himself/herself or assigned by a Church Organization to assume the responsibility of adding the church organization name into the system. If your church organization name is NOT present on the Church Organization "go to" list on the main page, this is the place where you add your organization name into the system and only a "REQUESTOR" can do it. A requestor can be anybody from any church branch of the organization and must be willing to take on the responsibility. Most requestors are pastors of churches or representatives of church organizations but as mentioned above, anybody can represent their organization.
There are some responsibilities and rolls that a requestor will take and play during the time of being a requestor. One of these responsibilities is that, at the end of adding the church organization name into the system, requestor will pay a one hundred US dollars ($100.00) fee for the Church Organization system setup. Another responsibility may be to relate this action to the organization authority. One of the rolls that may be played by a requestor, is to also be the first of his/her church branch member to actually use the system once it is setup. Be aware that the fee paid for adding the church organization name into the system will be used at some point as a redirection by the requestor, to pay for Data Location and Management (DLM) annual contributions. This is another one of the rolls the requestor will take. The redirection fee can be applied to pay for any church branch of the requestor's choosing. Above all, to be a requestor happen only one time for an Organization.
DLM:
DLM stands for "Data Location and Management". So what does this has to do with "ACON"? Well, as it goes, DLM deals with managing church branches data environment while ACON deals with church organizations data environment setup. Both functions work hand in hand. Remember also that at the end of setup and commencing of using the system, fees paid for ACON will be redirected to pay for DLM. DLM is an annual contribution use for up keeping of storage space locations, domains, databases and others for the continuity of the system as a whole.
We do have different DLM contribution rates for different capacity size of each church branches. Since utilization of storage spaces and maintenances are different for each branches, CGateway company, has deem it fit to accept contributions in the manner describe here after. Though the CGateway system is free for use, the storage spaces where data are kept for each church organizations will be paid for with the contributions collected from each church branch according to the size capacity of the branch members.
