How To Use Site (LEVEL 1)
Overview of the front page to the System!
Welcome. This page is the main primary page into the CGateway system. To start with, looking at the page, it is divided into three sections. The first top part is where the System Logo reside with list of Navigation Menu icons/links and page Search Button. Below that, on top of a white line bar, is the name of the "CGateway" company.
The second section which is the middle part and also the main page body, contain the functional tools of goto links that sits on top of a beautiful background setting of a Dove, a Cross and an Angelic figure that project the likeness of the image of the Son of God.
The functional tools contain five action links that does most of the heavy lifting work in building the necessary information needed of your packages.
The Third section is the advertisement part that show ten block of boxes of advertised products.
First Section of Front Page
System Logo!
This is the System Logo location. This particular location is where all Organizations, Groups and Church Branches Logos will be located.
Navigation Menus!
We have Home, About Us, Services, Contact Us, Policies, Help, Support and Donation. These are the lists of the menu items that comprises the navigation system in the front page. Lastly, there is a Search Text and Button unit system that can be used for quick searching of church branches.
Home - is where every thing begins. Any time you feel you are lost, just go back home and start from there again. You may have noticed the asterisk at the beginning of the word "*Home", it means that when pressed, you will be taken to a new "Page" on the system and not to a "White-Board" like the one you are on right now. The distinction of going to a new page and not to a white-board will be apparent to you in a moment when we talk about the Help menu items.
About Us - is where we talk about the company. How we started and our location. It is also the place where we talk about our purpose as a company.
Services - is where we talk about the services we provide to the Churches and to the Public as a whole. The reasons why we provide these services and in return, what we hope to accomplish.
Contact Us - gives the physical location, the e-mail address and the phone number of the company.
Policies - are codes of conducts and rules set forth to guide us to follow some sets of procedures and protocols rules for the betterment of the company and of the public as a whole. These policies are enforced as necessities mostly for public protection and security by the credit card companies all around the world.

Terms of Service is the rules of guidance to be met and follow for the normal operations of things to be in order.

Security Policy provide detail information of the rules governing this type of policy.

Privacy Policy provide detail information on the privacy rules that we follow.

Refund Policy discloses the refund policy practices of the company.

Product Delivery Method explain how the company deliver all finished products to the requesters.
Help - These are help options that direct you on how to get answers to your questions.

Get Started is an introduction welcome page to help users grasp the sence of what this site is all about.

Tutorial white-board is this page you are on. It helps to navigate through the system. It shows how to use the system and basically what is on the system.

FQA is about what kind of questions people have asked about the system functionality and behavior. It help others to have an idea of some of the facts governing the system processes as a whole.

Request to Add Church Organization white-board described in details what the system does relating to certain functions like how "ACON" and "DLM" processes works.

*Forgot Your Password actually takes you to a page where you can change your password to a new one on the system. I say that it will take you to a page which means this is NOT a white-board display item. The asterisk at the beginning of the link testify to this effect. Any item links that start with an asterisk denote that you are going to a new page on the system. Example of this is when you press the "*Home" link to go home, it direct you to a home page.

*Registration (Staff Only) - This is only used by the staff member to register as the member of the company to provide support to the people on the system. This will also take you to a new page to perform this function.

*DLM (Staff Only) - This allows you to login to the system as a staff. Only staff member can use this page to login. This is different from the page that the customer use for login into the system. If you are not a staff member, you will not be allow to login. More details relating to what "DLM" means can be found on the help menu item "Request to Add Church Organization".

*Pending ACON Payment - This is another item that will direct you to different page for you to proceed. It will show you the list of pending "ACON" payment items if exist. This list are the payment action that has not finish processing. This is the place you come to finish your "ACON" payment processing.
Support - menu item shows what kind of support we provide to our members, customers and to the public at large.
Donation - This white-board contain the company bank information needed for direct deposit donations. You can also use the Credit Card donation services provided in section 2 below.
Search!
If you press the Search button without typing anything on the "Search Text Bar", list of organizations will appear on a popup window and you can select which organization you want to work with. This action will list all organizations on the system if you do it this way. To specify a particular organization, you need to type into the "Search Text Bar" the church code of the organization you want and then press the search button. This action will select only the requested organization and from that list, you can select the Church Branch you desire to go into.
Wait A Minute!!!
What about this "Check Box" that I am seeing before the system "Logo"?
Hey - Good question. This "Check Box" is actually one of the beauty of the whole navigation menu section. As we will have it, it is called "navcheckbox", for "Navigation Check Box". The function of this check box is amazing. Remember that some of the menu items link start with an asterisk on their names, and we said that it means they are NOT "White-Board" related links, that they will direct you to a new page of their own and the example of this that we used was the "*Home" navigation link.
This "navcheckbox" is only related to the menus that are white-board related. if you checked this "navcheckbox" to select it, If you now clicked on any of the menu items that start with an asterisk, it will do nothing else but to take you to a new page as normal with no different in functionality what so ever. On the other hand, if check box is on and you press on any white-board related menu links, it will open a popup window for you containing the contents of the otherwise white-board contents which you can now move around on your page.
What this mean is that, you may be working on a page feeding some data onto the page for database request or questionnaire and you do not want to loose all the data you have entered but you need to check something out from the white-board related menu item. No problem, just go ahead and click-checked the check box and the menu you want will just display on a popup window without you loosing any data you may have entered on the main page. This is cool. Hope you can see the coolness and very important function of this box.
This function work best when you turn the "navcheckbox" on while you are still on the "*Home" page and before moving on to other pages. That should do it for this section of page.
Second Section of Front Page
Page Body!
This is the system main action body where most of the work to setup packages are done. It has five sections of its own as described below.
go to Your Church Organization*!
The "go to" LIST. This section contain a select option list and a "GO" button. On the select option list, you are to select the name of the Church Organization that you want to go to. If the name does not exist on the list as an option item, it means it has not been added to the list. To add the name to the list, you need to do that in the next following action section. If the name does exist on the option list, select it and press the "GO" button and the system will take you to that Organization website.
By pressing the "GO" button, the system will take you to the website of the Organization which reside on "LEVEL 2" of the CGateway system. From there on, the rules of that website govern your actions there after. That is the site where all Church Sermons, Sunday School and Bible Study videos and audios can be viewed by the public. There also is the section where all churches can login to their respectful church accounts.
NOTE On Public Viewing SSB Products: As mentioned above on SSB (Sunday School/Sermon/Bible Study), this is the place where the public will start from to view these products. There is also a late comer into the group which is the "Daily Devotion" product. Access to all these start from this "go to" LIST section. By selecting an Organization and clicking the "GO" button, this action will take you to the Organization website of your choice and there, you can enjoy the richness and fullness of that Organization SSB products.
Request to Add Church Organization Name!
Clicking on this link button will take you into a page where you will be asked to select your Organization name from a dropdown select option list and if one is not available, for your organization, you can add it into the system. If an orgCode is not provided, add your own for you organization. It is very important to note the Denomination/Non-Denomination option fields. Your church organization fall into one of these categories, choose appropriately.
You are to put in the Requestor information on this page. Please check out the "Request to Add Church Organization" menu item under the "Help" menu option for more information about being a Requestor is all about.
As you submit your request on this page, you will be taken to the payment page where you will be asked to pay for the setup dues. After all this is done, an email will be sent to you regarding the next step. The CGateway organization staff will process your request and when all are ready, you will see the name of your Organization on the go to List section without the "PENDING" wording attached to it. If "PENDING" is attached to the end of the name that means work is still been done on your request.
If on the other hand, you put in your payment information and then you decided not to continue the payment at that time, you can cancel out of the process till another time period. Your process will be marked as not complete and save off to the side until you are ready to finish the process at a later date.
To continue your payment process at a later time, you will have to go to "Help" menu section and click on the "Pending ACON Payment" option. A list of pending payments will come up. Put the requestor information and select the payment you where working on, WHALA you are back to where you left off. This time finish your payment and you are done.
Church Branches DLM Contribution!
When you clicked on this link button, the Data Location and Management page will come up. This page is divided into three parts. The top, the middle and the bottom part respectfully. On the top part, this is where you select your organization, put in the Country and State for filtering your selection option, then select your Church Branch from the data list that came back from selection filtering.
The middle part section is where you put in your Requestor information in order to use the fee that you paid for your Organization system setup to now redirect it to pay the DLM contribution of your church branch. You must supply the correct requestor information to use this section for payment.
If you do not have a requestor fund available that has not been used yet, then the third part option is where you will go to pay for your DLM yearly contribution dues. At this section, you just need to press the "Click to start" button and you will be presented with the payment page where you use your credit card to pay your dues. On filling the payment information in, when you submit it, you will be directed to a review page of what you did and after the confirmation of the data, the payment will be executed and an email with the confirmation information will be sent to you.
if on the other hand you did not finish the payment process, you can cancel out and come back at a later time to redo this process again when ready.
DONATE and Support CGateway Organization!
This is the section that we at CGateway Organization use to ask the public for support through donation of monetary funds in order for us to be able to continue what we do which is to support the Churches and the Public in needs. There are three ways that donation can be made to support CGateway. One is by writing checks to the company directly using the address information provided on the "Contact Us" menu item.
The second is by direct deposit into the organization bank account as stipulated on the "Donation" menu item. This is a good way to get to us fast. Then the last and third option is here where we are.
Here where we are is the "Credit Card" Payment / Contribution page. What you need to do here is to use your credit card to donate the amount you which to give to the organization. It is simple and safe. As you complete the transaction process, an email will be sent to you confirming the transaction. Please note that all donations are tax deductible if you pay taxes in the United States of America.
NOTE to system users:
Please note that when filling panel information and you press submit button, if error was reported and you are taken back to the input panel, make sure all required fields are still populated before re-submitting your form. Examples of fields to check are, "Country", "State" and "Address Type" fields that will loose their values in this case. This design is for security reasons.
